Eight Months Old and on the Move!

Here are a few pictures of Addison in her eighth month. She is a mover and a shaker to say the least. If we don't want her to have it, she will get it. If we try to make a barricade, she will climb over it. If we leave a small opening, she will weasel her way through it. We have completely rearranged our family room -- it is now nothing more than a giant play area for our little monkey. And, we are loving every minute of it!

Happy Girls!

I am trying my best to upload some pictures from our summer adventures, but blogger is not cooperating (again). I was able to upload this picture of Addison and her cousin Ali. We made a quick trip to Gaffney at the beginning of August. Little Ali is growing like a weed. She's still a little shrimp, but my, how she has grown since the last time we saw her. We love you, little Ali, and we can't wait to play with you again soon.

Double Trouble!

We are in double trouble now! Addison is officially on the move and cannot be stopped! Lauren is not far behind her... She can push herself up on all fours and rock back and forth. She is going to launch herself forward in no time at all. As you can see in the pictures, these two girls are already the best of friends. They are so cute together. I see baby gates, outlet covers and cabinet locks in the very near future!

Addison and I spent Labor Day weekend at the beach with Lauren, Michelle and her family. The girls (and the mommies) had such a great time! Addison took her very first dip in a pool, and I think she really liked it. Thanks Grices (and Stanleys) for a fun filled mini vacation! We wish we could have stayed longer.
