Still on Strike...
14 days and counting. There was a small window of time where she entertained the thought of drinking from the bottle, but unfortunately, that window is now closed. Anybody out there have any suggestions? I'm having a hard time with the "she'll eat if she gets hungry enough" philosophy. I think I've tried every brand of bottle they make.

Wish I had some good advice for you. Allie Bryan has done the exact opposite in that she now prefers the bottle over me! Good luck to you!
Have you tried the medela nipples and bottles. The only bottle nipples that Rory will drink out of are the medela slow flow nipples that fit on the medela pump bottles. They are smaller and he has been drinking out of them since he was 8 weeks old or so. Good luck!
